ROCK ON MILEY CYRUS

Miley Cyrus performed at the iHeartRadio Music Festival at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sept. 21. Out of all her outlandish wardrobe, Cyrus’ mom Tish said she didn’t like this getup.

The ‘Wrecking Ball’ singer engaged in a kiss with Ryan Seacrest to bring in the New Year, but her mom Tish said the smooch was supposed to be with her. ‘He just settled for Miley 'cause I wasn't there,’ she said.Your mom may not approve of your style but hey! mom's never do. Rock on Miley!
